How much truck driving experience is required?

At least 1 year of verifiable truck driving experience in the last 3 years. Must be all Class A, Tractor Trailer 18-wheeler.

Is previous training at job or driving school considered part of that 1-year experience?

No, all employment must be verified.

Do you train drivers?

No, we require at least 1 year of verifiable experience in the last 3 years. Must be all Class A, Tractor Trailer 18-wheeler.

Will I be home daily?

No, our routes are all regional.  Our drivers have 3 routes per week and get home every other day.

How much can I earn?

We pay by the piece, mile & stop. Yearly pay will depend on which location you are interested in as each location pays by the piece, mile & stop. All locations are different due to how many routes are run, area covered, cost of living, etc.

What are your truck driver job duties and requirements?

  • Deliver and hand unload product on multi-stop regional routes using hand truck to take product in.
  • Must be able to lift 60 lbs. on routine basis and control a hand truck with up to 400 lbs.
  • No docks - excellent driving & maneuvering skills for small contained spaces/areas.
  • 3 routes per week and home every other day.
  • Friendly and customer service-oriented.
  • Excellent consistent job history.
  • Clean driving record.


What locations are you currently hiring in?

Must live within a 50 to 75 miles radius or less from our locations for safety and HOS reasons:

Do you hire owner operators?

No, we only hire company drivers who drive our company trucks.

Do you hire mechanics?

No, we use a national company to maintain our fleet on a regularly scheduled basis and for any upcoming repairs.

Can drivers take trucks home?

No, we have a large fleet of trucks that come in and out of our centers throughout the day and night and trucks are used only for taking products to our stores.
